TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRICE & PAYMENT:
All prices are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT which currently stands at 20%. VAT at the current rate will be added to all invoices.
A Business Trade 30 day Credit Account will be set up for You (subject to status). If you have an approved credit account, payment is due no later than 30 days after the date of our invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice if necessary.
You can pay for all your orders by BACS.
Acceptance of Your order shall be by way of an email sent to You by Us (Vet Cards), part of For Yoo Ltd., to the email address You provide. Acceptance of Your order has the affect of bringing into existence a legally binding contract between You and Us.
The Price payable for the Goods that You order is as set out on the Site.
The Price includes postage and packaging for delivery within the United Kingdom. You should note that it may not be possible for delivery to be made to some locations. Further, an additional charge for special delivery or to certain locations may be payable as notified on the Site.
CREDIT TERMS:
For invoices not settled within the agreed credit terms or for payments returned unpaid and any not honoured (such as cheques, credit cards or similar), Vet Cards (part of For Yoo Ltd), reserves the right to apply late payment legislation to all accounts that are not settled within the prescribed period and charge interest on the overdue debt at 8% above the Bank of England base rate at the time and an administration fee to cover its debt recovery costs and any other costs relating to the collection of payment.
SETTLEMENT TERMS:
Should an outstanding amount remain unpaid within 7 days, a reminder will be sent with an additional accounting fee in respect of administrative costs incurred. After due notice, outstanding debts will be referred to our Debt Collecting Procedures and further charges will be levied in respect of costs incurred in collecting the debt; such as production of reports, correspondence, court fees, attendance at court, phone calls, bank charges, administrative costs, etc.
CANCELLATION/RETURNS:
You may cancel Your Contract with Us for the Goods You order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date You receive the Goods. You do not need to give Us any reason for cancelling Your Contract.
To cancel Your Contract You must notify Us in writing. You should use the email contact address.
Vet Cards (For Yoo Ltd.), will refund Your payment for the Price for the Goods excluding the costs of postage, packaging and insurance, provided:-
Notice of cancellation has been properly received and acknowledged.
The Goods are re-dispatched by You to Us at Your cost by means of secure packaging and insured in transit for the full retail value of the Goods within 10 working days of delivery.
We receive the Goods back in an undamaged condition. (You should note that the risk of damage to or loss of the Goods passes to You at the time of delivery to You, and therefore You must insure against loss or damage in transit.)
In the case of any Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised, then You will not be entitled to a refund or to cancel the Contract for the Goods.
DELIVERY & POSTAGE:
We will deliver the Goods ordered by You to the delivery address You give. No other address can be accepted for delivery except by prior arrangement with Us.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after Your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of Your order.
You will become the owner of the Goods You have ordered when they have been delivered to You. Once the Goods have been delivered to You, You will be responsible for insurance as it will be held at Your risk and We will not be liable for any loss or destruction.
All stationery and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Postage and delivery is for the UK mainland and will be sent via Royal Mail. We will quote seperately on orders for Europe and rest of the world. We reserve the right to change delivery costs and method of postage at any time, which we will advise accordingly.
AVAILABILITY:
We reserve the right to cancel the Contract between Us if the Goods are no longer available for sale.
If We do cancel Your Contract We will notify You by email and will re-credit to Your account any sum deducted by Us as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of Your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
COLOUR ACCURACY:
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the Goods that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours You see will depend upon Your monitor, We cannot guarantee that Your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
COPYRIGHT AND MORAL RIGHT:
The copyright in each Artwork resides with Vet Cards (For Yoo Ltd), and any reproduction of the Artwork shall require the specific written consent of the same.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, in respect of each Artwork the moral right of the artist, author or creator to assert his or her rights under Section 77 Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 to be identified as the originator of the Artwork whenever published in public or as otherwise displayed is asserted.
LIABILITY OF VET CARDS (FOR YOO LTD):
If the Goods are delivered damaged or defective then We shall not have any liability to You unless You notify Us in writing by email of the problem within 2 working days of the delivery of the Goods. This does not affect Your rights of cancellation as above.
If You do not receive the Goods ordered by You within 25 working days of the date on which You ordered the same, We shall have no liability to You unless You notify Us in writing by email of the situation within 30 working days of the date on which You ordered the Goods. If so notified, Our only obligation will be to refund to You the amount paid by You for the Goods.
Vet Cards (For Yoo Ltd), will not be liable to You for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any such occurrence and Vet Cards (For Yoo Ltd), shall have no liability to pay any money to You by way of compensation other than to refund to You the price paid where You are so entitled.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase the Goods. Certain National laws may prohibit the importation or exportation of certain of the Goods to You. No representations are made by Us as to this and no liability is accepted in respect of the export or import of the Goods You purchase.
Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights You may have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to You for any death or personal injury resulting from our or the Supplier's negligence.
NOTICES:
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms or agreed, all notices from You to Us must be sent by email to Us at info@vet-cards.com and all notices from Us to You will be displayed on the Web Site from time to time. We encourage visitors to review our terms of use regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL:
We shall have no liability to You for any failure to deliver the Goods You have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to Goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, a breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
INVALIDITY:
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable (including any provision in which We exclude our liability to You) then enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
